Deliveries

All pricing listed are in NZD (NZ Dollar) unless otherwise expressly stated.

Pricing includes GST (Goods and Service tax), and excludes any shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated.

For orders of over $100, deliveries are free.

For orders less than $100, there will be a delivery cost of $5 per order.

Please note we can only deliver to physical street addresses in Napier. We do not deliver internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

The standard delivery method for food is by a staff member from Café Tennyson + Bistro or a delivery person. No signature is required for door to door service unless specifically requested. 

All Pricing is current at the time of ordering and can be subject change without prior notice. We do not guarantee that product description and pricing are accurate or error free.

Deliveries will be displayed every day from 5:00pm (Monday – Sunday), except Christmas Day. Orders received after 4:30pm will be despatched the following day (excluding public holidays). Depending on your location, delivery may take between 15 minutes and 45 minutes.

Café Tennyson + Bistro closes every year on Christmas Day. Any orders placed during this time will be dispatched upon our return.

If delivery is to be delayed for any reason, Café Tennyson + Bistro will contact customers directly to notify of the reason for the delay and estimated time frame for delivery. Customers will be given the option to cancel delayed orders and obtain a full refund.
